This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

✅ Covered Under Warranty:

  • Movement or mechanism issues

  • Manufacturing faults in case or dial

  • Defective hands or crown

  • Battery replacement (if your model is battery-powered)

❌ Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap damage)

  • Water damage (if the watch is not water-resistant)

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or negligence

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Cosmetic damage or discoloration due to exposure or usage

📄 Warranty Claim Process

To claim your warranty:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  2. Send clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

We will review your claim and provide further instructions. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.

🚚 Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • Customer is responsible for shipping the product to us.

  • Zee Watches will cover the return shipping if the warranty claim is approved.

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

  • The warranty does not extend if the product is gifted or resold.
